Rea & Associates, Inc. is a regional certified public accounting and business consulting firm with more than 200 dedicated professionals. The Ohio Certified Public Accounting firm has 11 locations including the: Cambridge CPA office, Cleveland (Mentor) CPA office, Columbus (Dublin) CPA office, Coshocton CPA office, Lima CPA office, Marietta CPA office, Medina CPA office, Millersburg CPA office, New Philadelphia CPA office, Wooster CPA office and Zanesville CPA office.

Chris Axene, CPA. Chris’ constant attention to the changes in the tax code have made him a prolific speaker and author. He specializes in tax services at Rea’s Dublin office. You’ll likely find him volunteering with the civil air patrol when he’s not working or with his family.

Chad Bice, CPA.Chad specializes in federal, state and local tax issues for privately-held businesses. He works closely with a number distribution and manufacturing clients as well as high net work individuals and works in Rea’s Zanesville office. When not helping clients, you may find Chad keeping up with his busy family or golfing.

Kent Beachy, CPA. Kent specializes in serving companies in the construction industry. His knowledge and expertise have made him a sought-after speaker on financial and accounting topics relating to the construction field. When he’s not working, you might find him on the golf course or at home with his family.

Lee Beall, CPA. Rea’s current CEO has more than 30 years of accounting experience. He works with closely-held businesses in a variety of industries including not-for-profit and healthcare. Although he’s a no-nonsense guy when it comes to helping clients with their business needs, Lee enjoys finding humor in ironic situations.

Leslie Mast, CPA, is a principal and manager of Rea’s Wooster office. She specializes in helping high net worth families and their groups of entities. She is well versed in multi-state taxation, pass-through entity taxation and estate planning. She is also a Lean Six Sigma champion within the firm.

Inez Bowie, CPA. Inez is a manager in Rea’s Marietta office, and specializes in tax and estate planning, estate and trust administration and individual and business taxes. A life-long resident of the Mountaineer State, she is also active with the Salvation Army and Kiwanis as well as her church.

David Cain, CPA. One of Rea’s executive vice presidents, Dave joined the Rea team in 1979. He works closely with the firms’ attestation, tax services, not-for-profit, ERISA audit services and business valuation teams. He loves all sports, but especially enjoys fine-tuning his golf game.

Tiffany Clark, JD. A tax specialist in Rea’s Lima office, Tiffany specializes in tax research. When she’s not working, you can find her spending time with her daughter, Zoe, and fiance,’ Brent, or curled up with a good book.

Mark Fearon, CPA.Shareholder and director of the firm’s accounting services, Mark specializes in individual and business tax planning, compilations, review of  financial statements and business consulting. When he’s not working, he’s active in the community, including the Ruth Carlson Foundation, the Tuscarawas County Chamber of Commerce and Rotary.

Tom Jeffries, CPA. A shareholder of the firm, Tom also serves a director of Rea’s benefit plan audit services. When he’s not in his Millersburg, Ohio, office, Tom can be found enjoying the outdoors. Tom’s sense of humor is just one of the reasons his clients and co-works enjoy working with him.

Alan Hill, CPA. A shareholder working in the firm’s Cleveland office, Alan serves as the leader of Rea’s medical and dental services. He’s a world traveler when he’s not working at Rea.

Dustin Hostetler, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. A member of Rea’s management consulting team, Dustin combines the attention to details with the focus needed to facilitate process improvement projects. His understanding of the Lean Six Sigma philosophy, especially its application outside of the manufacturing industry, has made him a popular author and presenter.

Robert Mapes, CPA. As director of tax services at Rea, Bob and his team keep abreast of the tax code changes that affect all of us from a business and personal perspective. He works in our Wooster, Ohio, office, where he specializes in estate planning, tax and oil and gas clients.

Tim McDaniel, CPA. Working from his Columbus (Dublin), Ohio, office, Tim oversees Rea’s business valuation services. A shareholder of the firm, Tim has nearly 20 years experience in the accounting industry and has become a recognized leader in the business valuation field. He is passionate about helping family and closely-held businesses meet their long-term goals through the valuation and succession planning processes.

Paul McEwan, CPA. Working in Rea’s New Philadelphia office, Paul is director of benefit plan administration services. He has a strong interest in helping clients understand fiduciary responsibility and helping them develop best practices.

Gary Moll, CPA, ASA. Specializing in business valuation and litigation support, Gary brings experience from owning his own business as well as serving as a financial analyst and providing business valuation services at two other area accounting firms.

Pat Porter. As Rea’s human resource manager, Pat manages all talent acquisition, performance management and professional development. He works in the Dublin office. With two active daughters, it’s not surprising that he serves on the Girl Scouts of Ohio’s Heartland board.

Clay Rose, CPA. From Rea’s Dublin office, Clay helps business owners with accounting, tax and personal financial services. He also specializes in Quickbooks accounting software consulting. A sunny personality and a strong supporter of the Dublin community, Clay is the second generation to serve as Grand Leprechaun in the Dublin St. Patrick’s Day Parade.

Chris Roush, CPA. Chris provides a wide variety of accounting services to business owners in the Millersburg area, and also serves as the Millersburg office manager. This Star Wars fan spends many hours volunteering in the community when he’s not working or spending time with his family.

Wendy Shick, CPA. A principal working in Rea’s Mentor office, Wendy is a certified financial planner who specializes in tax services. When she’s not working for Rea, you can often find her hitting the links of her favorite golf course.

Gene Spittle, CPA. As Rea’s director of  manufacturing  services, Gene strongly believes in supporting your local community both financially and by volunteering. He works in Rea’s Wooster office and serves on the board of several Wooster sports organizations as well as the Wooster Country Club and the YMCA.

Mike Taylor, CPA.One of Rea’s executive vice president of operations, Mike has been a member of the Rea team since 1970. He is passionate at helping closely-held businesses from his office in Millersburg, Ohio. Mike has a no-nonsense attitude and is not afraid to share his thoughts – which is great since business owners turn to him for his insightful and on-target advice.

Mark Van Benschoten, CPA.Leading Rea’s not-for-profit services team, Mark is a sought-after speaker on nonprofit accounting, auditing and management issues. When this New York native isn’t working, you’ll find him volunteering with Kids N Kamp or supporting his three daughters in their activities.

Maribeth Wright, CPA. A member of Rea’s not-for-profit services team, Maribeth specializes in tax compliance for not-for-profit organizations. When she’s not working, Maribeth is a living example of a phrase in the Rea Way, Rea’s values statement, which reads: “invest in your family, your community and your future.” This is evidenced by her leadership in the United Way, Rotary, Guernsey County Foundation and the Foundation for Appalachian Ohio, to name a few.
